Job description

Sentinel is seeking a Quote Management Specialist to support the creation, formatting, and administration of customer-facing quotes and proposals in ConnectWise CPQ. This role will work closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and sales support teams to convert sales direction, bills of materials, manufacturer/distributor quotes, and scope documents into accurate customer-ready proposals.

Sentinel provides customers with a broad IT solutions portfolio across cloud, security, managed services, communications, applications, lifecycle services, consulting, support, and related technology offerings. Sentinel commonly works with manufacturers and platforms such as Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, NetApp, VMware, Splunk, Meraki, Pure Storage, and related partner ecosystems.

This is a full-time opportunity reporting to our Grand Rapids, Michigan office.

  • Able to ask clear follow-up questions when quote inputs are incomplete.
  • Able to maintain accuracy under deadline pressure.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
