Route 20 Delivery is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Route Service Representatives. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent service, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing local company.

As a Route Service Representative, you'll be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle, delivering packages on an assigned route, and ensuring every customer receives reliable, professional service. Every day brings a new route, new challenges, and the satisfaction of helping keep your community connected.

What You'll Do

  • Work a range of 3 to 5 days per week with shifts starting at 8 AM until the truck is empty (typically 8-9 hour shifts).
  • Deliver packages on the assigned route until all of them are delivered.
  • Running packages to customer's homes and businesses.
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
  • Load, organize, and deliver packages along an assigned route.
  • Use electronic device to navigate routes and complete deliveries.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency throughout the day.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at every stop.
  • Follow all company and DOT (Department of Transportation) safety policies.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 150 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
