Description
Position Summary:
The Delivery Manager owns delivery execution for a key workstream of the program. Workstream teams vary from 25-50 resourced scrum teams. You will be responsible technical delivery management of Agile teams, manage risks and dependencies, track delivery performance, and ensure workstream commitments are planned, communicated, and delivered in alignment with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide technical leadership to ensure a robust well architected solution on the cloud that meets customer's objectives
- Manage the entire SDLC that is AI enabled and production operations including POAM and bug fix
- Plan and manage Workstream scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
- Coordinate Agile team execution, sprint planning, release planning, backlog readiness, and delivery reporting
- Work with product owners, scrum masters, architects, business analysts, DevSecOps, testing, and client stakeholders to remove blockers
- Track milestones, action items, staffing needs, quality indicators, and delivery metrics for the workstream
- Prepare workstream status updates, leadership briefings, risk summaries, and decision materials
- Support release readiness, UAT coordination, production deployment planning, and post-release follow-up
- Ensure delivery practices align with program governance, compliance requirements, and client expectations
- Use AI-assisted planning and reporting tools to improve forecasting, status reporting, and risk analysis

Requirements
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT delivery, project management, workstream management, or Agile program delivery experience
- Experience managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across technical teams
- Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, release planning, metrics, and status reporting
- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, security, and operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Federal IT modernization or financial-regulatory program experience
- Experience with AWS-based delivery, DevSecOps, or large-scale modernization programs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted planning, reporting, risk analysis, or delivery-management tools
