Your responsibilities include inspecting packages and merchandise, helping the driver move, load, and unload equipment, and delivering orders for clients or customers. Your duties are also to install and operate GPS software to aid the delivery driver in reaching their destination. As a delivery helper, you may also engage with customers, so you need to maintain professionalism and high customer service standards.
