Job description

We are seeking reliable and professional Delivery Drivers.


We are hiring safe drivers with excellent customer service skills, who are self-motivated, and dependable.


Drivers report each morning to the FedEx Ground terminal in Strafford, MO to pick up daily route packages. 


Full Time Shifts: Sunday-Saturday with 2 rotating days off.

Part Time Shifts available too!!!


Benefits:

  • Competitive pay - $20-$25 per hour (with raises yearly)
  • $100 Safety and Performance Bonus available weekly
  • Full Time drivers eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision, after 60 days.
  • Full Time drivers eligible for 401K with company Match available after 60 days
  • 5 days Paid Time Off after 1 year
  • Christmas Peak Season Service Bonus, paid for work during Nov - Dec, Peak Delivery Period

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Use company owned technology to manage the delivery process in a quick and safe manner.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License - Class E endorsement required.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a DOT Drug Screen.
  • Must pass a DOT Physical - able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, equipment provided to assist.
