We will count on you to:

  • Lead and manage client engagements focused on (executive) compensation strategy, including pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay structure modernisation.
  • Develop and execute business development initiatives to grow Client's Rewards presence, particularly in key US markets.
  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with Client's cross functional teams to design integrated total rewards solutions that address complex client needs.
  • Provide expert advisory on (executive) pay considerations to clients in various industries and ownership structures.

  • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and total rewards.
