Deli Prep Clerk
Starting Rate: $17.00
Position Description:
A Deli Prep Clerk is responsible for preparing the deli case, for checking dates on the deli items, pre-slicing cold cuts, learning how to make sandwiches, packaging salads, soups, and dinners. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality service.
Your day-to-day:
  • Setting the Deli case
  • Maintain product displays
  • Operating slicing machinery
  • Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management.

Physical Demands:
  • Bending
  • Stooping
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
