Contract: 11–12 Months

About the Role

We are hiring experienced healthcare professionals to support HCSC's Medicare Delegation Oversight team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Managed Care, Health Plan Operations, Clinical Auditing, Delegation Oversight, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Improvement, or Healthcare Operations.

In this role, you will work closely with delegated medical groups, providers, vendors, and internal business teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, quality initiatives, and delegated operational and clinical responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform delegation oversight activities for medical groups, IPAs, and healthcare vendors.
  • Conduct onsite and documentation audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor delegated operational and clinical activities.
  • Review policies, procedures, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
  • Analyze reports, identify compliance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Quality, Finance, Network Management, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain oversight documentation, audit tools, and reporting materials.
  • Participate in NCQA, URAC, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory audit preparation.
  • Support vendor performance monitoring and ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • RN (Active & Unrestricted License) OR Bachelor's/Associate Degree with relevant Managed Care or Health Plan experience.
  • 2+ years of Delegation Oversight, Managed Care, Health Plan Operations, Compliance, Quality Improvement, Utilization Management, or Clinical Auditing experience.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Knowledge of NCQA, URAC, Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Plan Operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with audits, reporting, corrective action plans, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical Delegation Oversight experience.
  • Managed Care or Health Insurance experience.
  • Medicare and/or Medicaid experience.
  • Quality Improvement or Regulatory Compliance experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with delegated providers, IPAs, medical groups, or healthcare vendors.
