Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II Location: Littleton, CO Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $23-30/hr + 7% annual bonus Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Every other Wednesday; Thursday - Saturday 5:30 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual, semi-automated, and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Contribute to process optimization and scrap reduction through equipment design improvements and updates to operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Independently troubleshoot equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability, implementing permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • 2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and logic systems.
  • Experience with PLC programming, Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, and industrial networks, particularly in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, defense, aerospace).
  • Strong root cause analysis skills and experience supporting production and maintenance for medical devices.
  • Experience with extrusion/molding equipment is a major plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team environment.
