MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior OneStream Consultant to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.
As an Junior OneStream Consultant, you will work alongside Senior Architects and Lead Consultants to build and configure bespoke OneStream solutions. This is a "builder" role for a technically minded professional who wants to master the OneStream platform. You will move beyond standard implementation tasks to develop specific components-such as business rules, security models, and data workflows-that enable data-driven decision-making for federal agencies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Configure and develop OneStream artifacts including Cube Views, Dashboards, MarketPlace Solutions, and Workflow Profiles. create reports using BI Viewer and Extensible Documents.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining Security Groups and Roles, assigning access rights to dimensions, workflows, and users to ensure data integrity.
  • Apply knowledge of VB.NET and SQL to write efficient member formulas and business rules (Finance, Parser, Connector) that enhance system functionality.
  • Design and build Data Management sequences, transformation rules, and data load artifacts; validate data accuracy using Quick Views and XFGET/XFSET.
  • Utilize OneStream error logs and trace analysis to troubleshoot and resolve development issues arising from unit testing and UAT.
  • Proactively update project documentation, including technical playbooks, operation guides, and meeting minutes to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Consulting Mindset: Listen carefully to what others need (client and team members) and be willing and ready to respond to those needs to the best of your ability; look beyond the "easy" answer working collaboratively to bring the best Mantech has to offer to exceed others' expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software development, financial systems implementation, or OneStream configuration.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming (C# or VB.NET).
  • Proficiency with SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of multidimensional data (OLAP) or financial reporting concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or financial management within the government sector.
  • OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) or completion of OneStream "First Project Readiness" / "Application Build" training.
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
  • Experience assisting with ATOs, Single Sign-On (SSO), or working in a professional services/consulting firm.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.

Clearance:
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Frequently communicate with co-workers and management to exchange accurate information.

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
