As a RADICL Business Development Representative (BDR), you will:
  • Actively Prospect: Drive pipeline through high-volume, multiโ€‘channel outbound sales motions
  • Drive Opportunities: Execute against daily KPIs to generate qualified business opportunities
  • Maintain Precision: Keep accurate and detailed prospect and customer records in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to sharpen strategies and messaging
  • Own First Impressions: Be the trusted first point of contact with prospects, shaping RADICLโ€™s reputation in every interaction
  • Build Trust Quickly: Establish credibility across phone, email, and social channels to uncover prospect needs
  • Strive for Sales Excellence: Continuously refine outreach, messaging, and tactics to stay ahead in a competitive market
Your skillset/experience should include:
  • 1โ€“2 years of business development or sales development experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech (preferred)
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree OR equivalent professional/military experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding measurable performance goals
  • Comfort in a collaborative, agile startup environment where speed and adaptability win
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft sharp, personalized outreach
  • Technical aptitude with modern sales tech; experience with HubSpot CRM, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

About the Workplace

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
