Compensation:

$55,000 - $60,000 + bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the mortgage industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and trust.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve ambitious growth targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent our brand and expand our professional network.
  • Create and execute follow-up plans to nurture leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our unique value propositions and services.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
