What is a decoy?

A Decoy job typically involves diverting attention, misleading others, or serving as a distraction in various industries. To excel as a Decoy, candidates generally need acute situational awareness, discretion, and a background in security or law enforcement. Decoys often work in high-stress environments where they must stay alert and adaptable to changing situations.
