The 2nd You is a home management service company. We provide specialized, responsive, high-quality services custom-fit to each client’s needs-giving back the thing our clients value most: time.
We're more than a cleaning company. Our services include, but aren't limited to:
  •  Cleaning - from a quick tidy to a deep, move-out clean
  •  Organizing
  •  Pet Sitting - midday walks and check-ins, plus overnight stays in clients homes
  •  Laundry - including stripping and changing of linens
  •  Errands - grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, dropping off packages at post office
  •  Meal Prep – from prepped ingredients to full cooked meals with sides (including crock pot meals)
  •  Watering Plants
  •  Light duty moving and packing assistance
  •  Bringing in mail, packages and trash/recycle bins

We're NOT a house cleaning company doing the same thing at every stop. Some clients hire us for laundry, decluttering, and errands to help maintain their home; others want deep cleans. Our clients homes range from 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranches to properties over 20,000 Sq Ft, and some clients we visit multiple times a week.
Part-time employees set their own availability and are expected to adhere to it.
CURRENT SERVICE AREAS (includes but not limited to)
Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Zionsville, Broad Ripple, North Indy
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good communication
  • A working phone that can group text and run a (free, no charge to download) timesheet app
  • A working vehicle (there's significant driving between clients)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto Insurance meeting the state's legal minimum
  • Ability to pass a background check (no theft or violent crime related felonies)
For team leaders: you'll delegate tasks, handle supplies, and perform on-site inspections to ensure company standards are met.
***WE ARE A NON-SMOKING COMPANY***

Pay starts at a minimum of $18/hr, contingent on a successful two-week probationary period. Rate increases are based on performance, skill development, communication, flexibility, attendance, reliability, and being a strong team player.
We're always accepting applications. If you haven't heard back and want to check on your status, email us at hr@the-2nd-you.com with your full name, the date you applied, and the job search platform you used (e.g., Indeed, Ziprecruiter).
