About the Role:
As a Truck Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.
What You'll Do:
  • Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.
  • Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.
  • Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
  • Friendly Interactions: Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions.
  • Problem Solving: Offer solutions tailored to customers' unique junk removal needs.
  • Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.
  • Promote Services: Highlight the benefits of our services and encourage add-ons where applicable.
  • Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to the company's growth.
