Interviews for multiple openings currently in progress so please apply now.*The Respiratory Therapist will provide quality respiratory care to patients from the neonate to the adult and families in accordance with established policies and procedures.If a new graduate, will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.The Respiratory Therapist - graduate will take the skills, knowledge and clinical experience gained in school to work directly with a preceptor to build competencies in respiratory equipment, treatments, and patient assessment to provide the best and safest care to patients in the hospital setting.* **Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with a minimum of an Associate's Degree is required before start date.*** **Must produce proof of passing the NBRC credentialing exam at minimum of CRT level prior to starting in position and have a Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the State of Wisconsin in process.*** Clinical experience in hospital or home care is preferred.* Possesses rudimentary assessment and basic analytical skills in order to perform limited patient observations.* **Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS)** for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire.* Requires interpersonal skills which involve collaborating with peers, supervisors and medical staff. Understands role of performing delegated tasks.* Prefer experience with computer skills.
