Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! AnthroMed Education is a clinician-first organization built to support school-based providers with thoughtful placements, strong clinical partnership, and real day-to-day support. We are hiring for a long-term elementary assignment in Shoreview, Minnesota, supporting students across two school sites this fall. This school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a clearly defined caseload, strong clinical support, and a structured academic-year assignment. Strong potential for continued placement or future school-year opportunities.


Position Overview
• Position: Full-time long-term substitute
• Pay Rate: $48-$60/hour
• Start Date: September 2026
• Assignment End Date: December 2026
• This role supports elementary students across two school buildings in Shoreview, Minnesota.


Caseload & Setting Details
• School Level: Elementary
• Split between 2 elementary schools
• Approximate caseload of 45-55 students
• Full-time long-term substitute coverage for the fall semester
• School-based setting focused on IEPs, collaboration, and related services
• Student day and additional schedule details shared during the interview process
• Workspace details provided by school site (therapy space available)

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligibility for or active Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) license
• Eligibility for or active Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) license
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
