Job description

Position: Program Manager / Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote (Local candidates preferred for occasional onsite meetings)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | Regular business hours
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Duration: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension based on project progress)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Change Management Consultant to lead the implementation of a large-scale brand overhaul and culture evolution initiative. This role involves coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams, managing risks, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of new branding and communications strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in creative branding, marketing, communications, and large-scale organizational transformation. You will collaborate closely with digital, creative, and communications teams on projects spanning signage, digital campaigns, social media, and employee experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent workstreams related to brand transformation and organizational culture change.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans.

  • Coordinate across departments including digital, creative, communications, and marketing to ensure consistent project execution.

  • Oversee the rollout of new branding across various touchpoints — internal and external.

  • Identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities to maintain project timelines and alignment.

  • Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making.

  • Track progress toward the “lights-on” goal — ensuring 90% of touchpoints are updated to new branding by December 31, 2026.

  • Drive prioritization and facilitate decision-making among departments with competing priorities.

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Change Management, or Organizational Transformation roles.

  • Proven success leading creative branding or rebranding projects for large enterprises.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.

  • Experience managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in communications, creative branding, or marketing project leadership.

  • Experience managing large-scale brand transitions or cultural transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, technology, or large enterprise environments (helpful but not required).

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

Soft Skills:
  • Polished and professional presence with strong executive communication skills.

  • Empathetic, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Strong leadership and facilitation abilities to guide teams through ambiguity (“the messy middle”).

Additional Details:
  • Remote role but candidates must be local and available for periodic onsite meetings.

  • Equipment provided (laptop, email access, security badge, etc.).

  • Interview Process: 1–2 video interviews with project stakeholders.

  • Public brand transition launch: January 1, 2026

  • Target completion date: December 31, 2026
