Freedom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Review project plans and requirements, including equipment, materials, and installation needs.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications.
  • Manage permitting and licensing processes with relevant authorities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and adjust project work plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Oversee performance of internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, timecards, work orders, safety records, and financial tracking.
  • Enforce company health and safety policies across all job sites.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of work performed by contractors.
  • Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, project coordination, estimating, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. construction practices and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Ability to travel
