  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of software consumption metrics, including application usage, subscription utilization, and API execution rates, to provide granular financial oversight and maximize return on investment.
  • Define the operational pathways and transition plans required to mature successful software pilots into enduring, fully sustained enterprise programs.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline such as Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Extensive experience functioning as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, with a proven track record of evaluating large-scale technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing software lifecycle management policies, enterprise architecture standards, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Deep technical knowledge of cloud computing architectures, API integration strategies, and secure DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience developing scoring models and assessment methodologies for portfolio rationalization and technical debt management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical assessments into clear, executive-ready strategies and documentation for leadership.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing advisory support to the Department of War (DoW) or within an Army enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with developing and utilizing operational dashboards to track technology consumption, financial burn rates, and contractor performance metrics.
  • Experience navigating federal technology acquisition processes and software data rights negotiations.
  • Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF), Cloud Computing, or Information Technology Service Management.
