Responsibilities
• Consult with qualified leads who are actively dealing with MCA debt
• Build rapport fast, understand each client's financial situation, and present tailored solutions
• Work through objections professionally and guide prospects through enrollment
• Follow a proven consultative process with ongoing coaching from senior staff and the GM
• Keep accurate CRM records and manage your daily pipeline
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Qualifications
• MCA sales or closing experience preferred. Merchant cash advance, business funding, or alternative lending backgrounds translate directly
