Everest Receivable Services has been part of the Buffalo/WNY business community since 2008. We're not looking to train someone from scratch we're looking for collectors who already know how to work a portfolio, handle objections, and close a payment arrangement without a script reading them lines. What You'll Do

  • WORK PREMIUM ZERO AGENCY PLACEMENTS consumer credit cards, personal loans, specialty financing, and auto deficiency portfolios, not scraped/junk paper
  • Negotiate resolutions using your own judgment and technique we're not looking to hand you a script and micromanage your calls
  • Carry real production goals and get paid on what you close, with bonus that scales up the better you perform
  • Operate inside a genuinely compliant FDCPA/Reg F environment no pressure to cut corners that puts your name on the line

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of consumer collections experience required you know the difference between a stall and a real dispute, and you don't need handholding on FDCPA basics
  • A track record of hitting or beating production goals be ready to talk numbers in the interview
  • Comfortable working accounts with minimal oversight once you're up to speed
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
