Role Description The Collection Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for contacting account holders by phone and other approved channels to resolve past-due balances, set up payment arrangements, and document all interactions accurately in the system. The role includes reviewing account histories, explaining balances and payment options clearly, and following established collection procedures and compliance requirements. The Collection Specialist will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet individual and department collection goals while providing courteous, professional service to all parties.
