Responsibilities
About the Team: Global Revenue Management is part of the TikTok Finance function that is responsible for revenue management and accounting for monetization of all TikTok products via the following processes: running the Order to Cash ("OTC") cycle, establishing and integrating business-finance platforms together and revenue accounting. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective collection strategies. - Create and implement roadmap for successful collections on outstanding debt. Meet and exceed the goals for the overdue and DSO. - Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and ensure that invoices are paid by their due dates. In cases where there are billing disputes, work to resolve these with internal cross-functional teams. - Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately. - Focus on the advertising customer portfolio and directly responsible for collection management in North America. - Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the leaders for insights and visibility into collection management situations. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Skilled at engaging with customers; Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Minimum 5 years of working experience with collections. Digital advertising experience is preferred. - Deep understanding of collection practice in the local market and result driven. - Familiar with the workflow of debt collection business and proficient in certain debt collection skills. - Exhibits sound business judgment and ability to influence others to deliver results.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
