Bernstein | Polsky is a Boca Raton–based boutique civil law firm committed to fighting for justice on behalf of our statewide and national client base. Our practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and property insurance claims.

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking bright, hardworking, and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking to immediately fill the following position:

PERSONAL INJURY DIVISION

Pre-Suit Claim Manager
(Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience required)

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is an efficient, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage a moderate to large pre-suit caseload. We are looking for someone who can quickly become an indispensable part of our close-knit, fast-paced firm and take ownership of their role from day one.

This is an in-office or remote position with required availability during eastern time zone normal working hours.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing pre-suit personal injury claims
  • Heavy client communication throughout the treatment process
  • Coordinating and tracking medical treatment and records
  • Maintaining organized and accurate case files
  • Working closely with attorneys and staff to move cases forward efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of prior personal injury experience (pre-suit required)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a substantial caseload
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish (required)
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a congenial work environment

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience. In addition to the listed base salary below, we offer incentive-based bonuses for number of cases demand-ready per quarter, along with number of clients who give firm 5-star reviews.
