Genesis of Edmond is a leading retailer of Genesis parts, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow and maintain our wholesale parts business.
Job Summary
The Outside Parts Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts. This role focuses on increasing wholesale parts sales for Hyundai and Genesis vehicles within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow wholesale parts sales within assigned territory
  • Prospect and establish new accounts (repair shops, body shops, fleets)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Promote Hyundai and Genesis OEM parts and programs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with inside parts and delivery teams to ensure timely service
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively
  • Experience with dealership parts systems (X-time & Dealer Track.) is a plus
