Overview
Currently our Victorville Motors Automotive Dealership is looking to add a
BUSINESS MANAGER
The Business Manager manages the accounting operations of the business. He or she maintains an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. In addition, the Business Manager develops periodic financial reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least two years of experience in a position of similar responsibility. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Certified Public Accountants (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial and accounting system and personnel at the dealership.
  • Meet with management team regularly to go over business matters and develop plans to increase profitability.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and financial statements accurately and timely.
  • Review financial statements, ledgers and work with accounting team to clear up any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process all tax reporting.
  • Coordinate with your team members regarding account reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
  • Support your staff members with the guidance necessary to be productive and efficient.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS MANAGER EXPEREINCE!
  • College degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Must be motivated, self directed problem solver.
  • Excellent staff management skills.
  • Must possess good organizations skills.
  • Must have overall knowledge of Automotive Business Office duties.
  • Ability to communicate well with staff, management and vendors.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment.
  • Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.
  • Good attendance required.
