Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a high-performing Campus Used Car Director to lead and oversee all used vehicle operations across our Michigan City, Indiana Campus. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who understands every aspect of used car operations and knows how to build a profitable, efficient, and fast-moving inventory strategy.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in used vehicle acquisition, inventory management, appraising, reconditioning, pricing strategy, merchandising, lot management, vehicle turn, and profitability optimization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, is highly analytical, aggressive in sourcing inventory opportunities, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and understands how to combine traditional used car expertise with modern data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
As our Campus Used Car Director, you will take ownership of all used vehicle operations across the campus, including:
