Responsibilities 

  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors 
  • Prepare new and used vehicles for customers, display, and service 
  • Fuel and wash available inventory 
  • Maintain lot cleanliness, remove garbage, weeds, dirt, ect.  
  • Clean and upkeep showroom and vehicles 
  • Organize and move vehicles per dealership standards 
  • Photograph inventory for the website 
  • Handle vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and dealer trades 
  • Ensure vehicles are locked at closing and properly stocked with keys and stickers 
  • Drive vehicles safely for customers and for dealership needs 
  • Perform snow and ice removal and general maintenance and safety 
  • Operate tools and equipment safely 
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license 
  • Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen 
  • Must be at least 18 years old 
  • Mature, disciplined personality 
  • Effective communication, organizational and time management skills 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook 
  • Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
