Experienced Dealer Service Advisor – FullTime

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as a Dealer Service Advisor

Job Summary

Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment, be customerfocused, and thrive in a fastpaced setting.

As an Experienced Dealer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ready for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for walkin and scheduled service customers
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
  • Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
  • Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
  • Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customerready workspace
  • Uphold Bell Ford’s commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
  • Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to multitask in a highvolume service environment
