Key Responsibilities
  • Drive charger sales through the dealer network.
  • Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to dealers, collaborating on business plans to grow charger sales.
  • Reinforce charger-led selling as a core part of the electric vehicle ownership experience.
  • Help dealers connect chargers to broader system capabilities (vehicle-to-home, vehicle-to-grid, vehicle-to-everything).
  • Partner with Field Sales to align energy sales with vehicle sales priorities across brands.
  • Support consistent go-to-market execution of energy programs.
  • Reinforce processes to sell a charger with every electric vehicle at salesperson and sales-manager level.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and program rollouts to accelerate dealer adoption.
  • Analyze dealer performance, local market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Help resolve issues impacting sales execution, customer experience, or dealer readiness.
  • Ensure dealer sales teams are trained and prepared to sell chargers and related solutions.
  • Reinforce execution standards tied to sales quality and customer outcomes.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback from the field to improve programs, tools, and processes.

Required Skills, Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Automotive sales experience with strong knowledge of dealer operations.
  • Expert-level understanding of electric vehicles, electric vehicle charging, and installation ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance through a dealer channel.
  • Strong field presence; able to influence dealer leadership and frontline sales teams.
  • Ability to translate complex offerings into clear, sales-ready guidance.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in standard office productivity software.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
