Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that fit each customer's lifestyle and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Present pricing, financing options, and vehicle protection products
  • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM activities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and promotions
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, customer satisfaction objectives, and dealership performance standards
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and manage sales opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs

Qualifications

  • No automotive sales experience required – we will train the right candidate
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, business development, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
