Job description

We are seeking a charismatic and organized Internal Service Advisor to join our RV team. In this key role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently.  Pay target: $40,000 + performance bonus!

Key Objectives 

  • Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience 
  • Coordinate Seamless Service Operations 
  • Support Cross-Departmental Collaboration 

Responsibilities 

  • Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness 
  • Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team 
  • Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards 
  • Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion  
  • Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process 
  • Support Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records 
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
