Join Our Team as a Dealer Development & Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Dealer Development & Sales Representative to help grow our dealer network, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market opportunities. This role combines both inside and outside sales responsibilities, including prospecting, account management, dealer support, product training, and territory development. If you enjoy building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and working directly with customers in the agriculture industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new customer and dealer opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and dealer partners.
  • Schedule and conduct product education, demonstrations, and training for new and existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Achieve established sales goals and support territory growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM software.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Develop territory growth plans and execute account strategies.
  • Follow industry trends to identify sales opportunities, emerging markets, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to support regional growth and dealer development efforts.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to travel extensively during seasonal periods, including overnight travel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
