Job Summary

Seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and audience growth across the U.S. market. CMO will report to CEO.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for USA Branch
  • Develop campaigns supporting artists, music releases, tours, and major projects
  • Oversee digital, social media, content, partnerships, and fan engagement
  • Lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance, and campaign planning
  • Identify U.S. market trends and new audience growth opportunities
  • Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional leadership
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Strong background in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands preferred
  • Proven experience leading high-impact campaigns and building brands
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and youth/pop culture
