Community Training Specialist - Relief (CTS-Direct Care)ย 
Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)ย

Salary - $19-20/Hr.ย 
WORK Inc., one of New Englandโ€™s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking applications for Direct Care positions in one of our residential programsย serving individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience. We are seeking a Community Training Specialist (CTS) in relief role who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.ย 
Responsibilities include:ย 

  • Assistingย clients with completing their hygiene, development ofย independence,ย responsibilityย and self-worthย 
  • Preparing and implementing program goals, individualsโ€™ service plans, treatment plans, etc.ย 
  • Developing positive relationships with individuals, families,ย guardiansย and service providersย 
  • Assistingย clients to obtainย appropriate healthcareย services and promoting healthy lifestyle choicesย ย 

The hourly rateย is: $19-20/hr.ย 
Minimum requirements:ย ย 

  • Fluent in American Sign Languageย 
  • Mustย be at least 18 years old.ย 
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.ย ย 
  • High School diploma.ย ย
