Job description

Position Summary
DDS Lab is seeking a highly organized, operationally driven, and customer-focused Digital Deployment Program Specialist to lead the deployment, adoption, utilization, and ongoing performance of DDS Lab's intraoral scanner placement initiative.This role will serve as the operational owner of DDS Lab's digital deployment ecosystem, supporting the successful rollout and long-term utilization of intraoral scanners across DDS Lab's customer base.
The Digital Deployment Program Specialist will coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning customer onboarding, digital workflow adoption, technical support, inventory management, vendor coordination, training, and compliance monitoring to ensure deployed scanners actively drive digital case growth and measurable return on investment.
This position will work closely with the Director of Digital Innovation & Market Development and partner across Sales, Customer Support, Marketing Operations, Technical Care, IT, and vendor partners to scale a repeatable, high-performing deployment and adoption model.
Essential Duties
Program Ownership & Operational Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end scanner deployment and adoption program lifecycle
  • Coordinate deployment pacing, onboarding readiness, inventory visibility, and customer activation workflows
  • Maintain operational visibility into all deployed scanner assets and office activation status
  • Serve as primary operational liaison between DDS Lab and scanner/vendor partners

Adoption, Utilization & ROI Management
  • Monitor scanner utilization, digital case adoption, and office compliance against program commitments
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards tracking:
    • scanner utilization
    • digital revenue growth
    • onboarding completion
    • training completion
    • adoption milestones
    • office compliance
  • Identify underperforming offices and coordinate corrective action plans
  • Drive initiatives designed to improve scanner engagement, office activation, and long-term utilization

Customer Onboarding & Workflow Activation
  • Coordinate office onboarding workflows and deployment readiness
  • Support implementation of digital workflow enablement programs
  • Partner with Technical Care and training teams to support customer success and workflow adoption
  • Ensure offices receive a consistent, high-quality onboarding and deployment experience

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner closely with:
    • Sales & Strategic Account Managers
    • Customer Support & Onboarding
    • Technical Care
    • IT
    • Marketing Operations
    • Vendor partners
  • Coordinate escalation management and issue resolution across teams

Asset & Program Governance
  • Maintain scanner asset tracking and deployment documentation
  • Coordinate deployment inventory forecasting and reorder planning
  • Support development and maintenance of deployment SOPs, escalation workflows, and operational standards
  • Assist in evaluating future deployment technologies, enhancements, and workflow opportunities

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer success, deployment management, or digital workflow implementation
  • Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving hardware/software deployments preferred
  • Experience in dental, healthcare technology, medical device, SaaS, or digital workflow environments strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
