Job description

Glow Dental is a private, patient-focused dental practice seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a general dentist who wants a supportive, collaborative environment, an established and loyal patient base, and real clinical autonomy — without corporate production quotas.

Compensation: 35% of production on a set fee schedule, with no deduction for lab costs. Earning potential of $180,000–$250,000+ per year depending on production.

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week across all three locations: Mondays in Skokie, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in Oak Lawn, and Wednesdays in Highland Park.

What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry — exams, restorative, crowns, extractions, and routine procedures
  • Diagnose and build clear treatment plans, then present them to patients with confidence and warmth — communication is central to this role
  • Build lasting relationships with an established, loyal patient base
  • Help oversee and support the clinical team, taking on partial management responsibilities as the practice doctor
  • Collaborate closely with our hygiene and support staff across locations
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in Eaglesoft
What we're looking for
  • Active Illinois dental license (DDS/DMD) in good standing, or license-eligible
  • Strong clinical skills across general dentistry
  • A confident treatment planner who can diagnose, build a plan, and clearly explain it to patients
  • Extremely personable and communicative — this is a patient-facing, relationship-driven role, not a heads-down operator position
  • Comfortable taking on partial management and helping lead the clinical team
  • New dentists and experienced associates both welcome
Required
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Illinois dental license in good standing (or license-eligible)
  • DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong foundational general-dentistry clinical skills
Preferred
  • 1+ years of associate experience (new graduates considered)
  • Strong treatment‑planning and case‑presentation skills
  • Interest in taking on partial management / clinical oversight
  • Comfort with a broad range of procedures (e.g., molar endo, surgical extractions, clear aligners)
  • Eaglesoft familiarity
  • Bilingual (Spanish) helpful but not required
