- Lead and manage a classroom in compliance with DCYF licensing standards- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment- Observe, document, and assess children’s development- Communicate effectively with families and school leadership- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
