CTR Group is seeking SENIOR LIVING SALES / WELCOME ADVISORS. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Fully Remote Positions available to candidates ANYWHERE within the Central Time Zone, in the Midwest region of the US.
  • Base Salary: $45,760 ($22.00 an hour) and Excellent Benefits
  • On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,024 variable bonus (Uncapped)

SUMMARY:
The positions are 100% at home (EXCEPT for two-week training where the Welcome Advisors will need to visit communities within their geographic area).
The Welcome Advisors will be 1st POC for families calling in for senior living. Gathering information such as location, budget, specific senior living needs, and scheduling appointment to senior living community. Not following up beyond setting appointment.
Seeking candidates with STRONG inbound sales, STRONG Metrics/Quotas experience, Articulate/Professional Communicators.
What you will do
  • Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission
  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence
  • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
  • Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs
  • Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
What will make you successful:
Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company's first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of Business to Customer (B2C) Sales experience
  • Experience qualifying leads
  • Negotiation experience
  • Deep understanding of Sales Process
  • History of exceeding sales targets
  • Consultative Sales Experience.
  • Must be QUOTA driven and have recent quota experience.
  • Senior Living experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
  • Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
  • Must have successfully completed new hire training program.
Schedule
You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings and weekends, along with some holiday shifts during the year.
