HIRING IMMEDIATELY: REGIONAL LOGISTICS ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR IN MINOOKA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Regional Logistics Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Minooka, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the accounting department in daily tasks within Distribution Center (DC) operations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics, strong computer skills, and more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $31.25/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time hours
  • Located in Minooka, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and analyze daily volume, weekly, and monthly reports provided by the Warehouse Accounting Analyst
  • Ensure that the purchase order procedure is strictly followed by the DC
  • Oversee the 3-way matching verification for the invoice payment process
  • Lead the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to ensure they are in line with Administrative Office directives
  • Consult regularly with the Warehouse Accounting Analyst, the Accounting Manager, and all levels of DC Management
  • Manage and lead a diverse workforce
  • Oversee the review of staffing agency invoices

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics is preferred
  • Demonstrated accounting background (Note: The subordinate role requires a minimum of 1-year experience, implying the supervisor must meet or exceed this requirement)
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Excellent proficiency with Excel and all Microsoft automation
  • Must be able to interact seamlessly with all levels of management
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and a strong knowledge of DC operations
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Lifting up to 10lbs
  • Sitting at a computer for long periods of time
