Job description

Fast-paced Pikesville law office, Kind & Dashoff, LLC, has an immediate opening for a full-time litigation attorney. We are seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic associate attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience for immediate hire. Successful candidates should be admitted to practice in Maryland. Being a member of the DC Bar is a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for and conducting civil litigation in court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Admission to Maryland Bar
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Exceptional legal writing ability
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
