Assisted Living Lead Caregiver โ€“ DaySpring Assisted Living
Position:ย Lead Caregiver (Lead Resident Life Partner)
Location:ย Norton Shores
Work Schedule:ย Full-Time. Typical schedule is 12:00 p.m. โ€“ 9:00 p.m. with flexibility to meet operational and staffing needs.ย  Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

Position Summary:
The Lead Resident Life Partner serves as a key member of the DaySpring leadership team and provides both direct resident care and operational leadership within the residence. This position supports the Administrator and Resident Life Coordinator in ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, medication management, and daily operations.
The Lead Resident Life Partner acts as the shift leader during assigned hours, providing guidance, coaching, and support to Resident Life Partners while fostering a resident-centered environment consistent with DaySpring's mission, values, and Christian philosophy of care.
