Job description

We are looking for a **Bilingual Housekeeping Manager** to lead the housekeeping team at our hotel.
You will keep every room and area clean, guide your team, and give our guests great service.
You will handle the housekeeper, houseman and maintenance team, draft schedule, training, and the day-to-day running of all 3 departments.
## What You Will Do
- Lead the team — make the schedule, train the staff, and check their work.
- Monitor inventory, submit oders and review the budget with the manager.
- Keep all guest rooms and public areas clean and neat at all times.
- Inspect rooms to make sure they meet our cleanliness standards.
- Track cleaning supplies. Reorder when needed and avoid waste.
- Help guests quickly and kindly. Fix any cleaning and maintenance problems right away.
- Write simple reports on the team's work and suggest ways to improve.
- Work with the front desk so rooms are ready on time.
- Make sure the team works safely and uses the right gear and products.
- Train, coach, and support the staff so they do their best work.
- Help keep the team motivated and happy at work.
- Help with other tasks when needed.
## What You Need
- **Spanish is required.** You must speak Spanish well to lead and train the team.
- At least 3 years as a Housekeeping Manager in hotel industry.
- Good with people, and able to lead and coach a team.
- Clear, friendly communication.
- Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
- Available for morning and mid shifts, weekends when needed.
- Comfortable using hotel computer systems, email, and phone apps.
