Job description

Love plumbing and helping others learn? Ready to get off the job site and pass on what you know? Williams Academy is looking for a full-time Plumbing Instructor to train and mentor our apprentices as they build real, long-term careers in the trades.


What Youll Do

  • Teach plumbing skills in the classroom and hands-on shop setting
  • Train apprentices on piping, water and waste systems, tools, safety, and best practices
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate apprentices as they grow
  • Help prepare apprentices to be job-site ready and successful in the field
  • Keep things safe, organized, and aligned with apprenticeship requirements
  • Represent Williams Academy at community and workforce events


What You Bring:

  • Solid plumbing experience (journeyman level or higher preferred)
  • Someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, or leading others
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards
  • Clear communicator who can break down complex concepts
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
