• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients utilizing specialized teletherapy software to ensure accurate diagnosis and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging, one-on-one therapy sessions through video conferencing, implementing evidence-based techniques formatted for digital interactions.
• Regularly engage in team meetings via secure platforms to discuss client progress and collaboratively plan subsequent therapy steps, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training on best practices for teletherapy and innovative counseling methodologies.

Your role will focus on a diverse client base, receiving teletherapy from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will provide personalized support to clients as they navigate their unique challenges, making meaningful connections that foster trust and enable growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience practicing independently with minimal supervision is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach that resonates with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy to effectively navigate teletherapy platforms and documentation systems.

• Experience in providing virtual counseling or telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth documentation practices is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients via secure online channels while building rapport and trust.

Psych Bloom Recovery Clinic offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
