Full-Time | Day Shift | $30–$40+/hour | Overtime Available

If you're an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys challenging work, solving machining problems, and taking ownership of your jobs, we'd like to meet you.

INNEX Innovative Industries is a precision manufacturing company producing tight-tolerance components in steel, carbide, and advanced ceramics for customers in the battery and industrial manufacturing industries. We're looking for a skilled machinist to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality precision parts.

You'll work on Mazak Integrex, Quick Turn, and Nexus machines, taking jobs from setup through inspection while improving existing machining processes.

What You'll Do

  • Edit and optimize existing Mazatrol programs for quality and efficiency
  • Program new jobs as needed
  • Read blueprints and GD&T to machine precision components
  • Hold tight tolerances on complex parts
  • Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, and machining issues
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Recommend process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience
  • Experience setting up Mazak lathes
  • Mazatrol programming or editing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience holding close tolerances on precision components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Mazak Integrex experience
  • PartMaker or Mastercam
  • Machining hardened steels, carbide, or ceramics
  • Process improvement and cycle time optimization

Why Join INNEX?

  • Work on challenging, tight-tolerance precision parts—not repetitive production
  • Variety of work with new machining challenges
  • Opportunity to take ownership of jobs from setup through inspection
  • Small, collaborative team where your ideas matter
  • Clean, organized, quality-focused shop
  • Stable day shift with overtime opportunities
  • Competitive pay based on experience and capability

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30–$40+/hour, based on experience and capability
  • Overtime available
  • Paid time off
  • Health, Dental, Vision, & Life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
