Job Title: Robotic Welder Manufacturing (Day Shift)

Job Summary

We're hiring a Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded parts. We're looking for someone with welding or manufacturing experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. No robotic welding experience? No problem we're willing to train the right candidate.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $20.50/hour
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Day Shift)

What You'll Do

  • Operate robotic welding machines and related equipment
  • Load and unload parts into welding fixtures
  • Monitor weld quality and perform visual inspections
  • Make basic machine adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report as needed
  • Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area
  • Consistently meet production and quality goals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous welding or manufacturing experience (robotic welding experience a plus, not required)
  • Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
