Job Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Fargo, ND location. In this role you'll lead a production shift within our manufacturing plant and help build a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and results. You'll create an environment where associates are developed and supported while ensuring operations run efficiently and stay on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll stay connected to the production floor, coaching associates, assigning work, and adjusting priorities as needs change. Success comes from building a strong team and delivering results across key metrics such as quality, productivity, and retention. Schedule:

  • 12hr Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
    • Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
    • Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
    • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Pay: $65,000 - $95,000
