We offer a salary guarantee for up to two years plus productivity. Highlights Support OB/GYN growth in 3 counties - Clark, Champaign, and Greene Flexible schedule with guaranteed 1:6 OB call, post call day off Participate in quality and business development efforts with leadership 100 deliveries, 100-250 GYN cases at maturity, 45+ primary care providers DaVinci Robot available at the Medical Center OB Gyn and Maternal Fetal Medicine Services Available One location - Mercy Health Springfield Regional Medical Center (254 beds) 8 labor and delivery and 20 post-partum rooms and 6 triage rooms EMR is EPIC with DAX Copilot Midwife support on at the Medical Center (soon to be 24/7).
